Bringing Community Together in Nature
Community Forest Circles
Join a movement of people reclaiming a reciprocal connection to the land we call home. Our Community Forest Circles are twice-monthly gatherings at Codornices Park, designed to help you destress, regulate your nervous system, and build a resilient local community. These circles are an invitation to move away from the "hustle" of daily life and into a state of shared presence and ecological belonging. What to Expect: Nature Connection: Guided PNE-informed invitations to help you slow down and engage your senses with the local flora and fauna of our neighborhood parks. Inclusive Environment: We are an "all ages, abilities, and species" space. Whether you are bringing children, pets, or require physical accommodations, you are welcome here. Community Resilience: A space to meet neighbors and like-minded individuals focused on wellness and environmental stewardship. Reciprocity: Learn how to foster a healing, two-way relationship with the neighborhood parks and gardens that sustain our urban ecosystem. Important Details: Responsibility: While we strive to make the forest accessible to all, we ask that you remain responsible for the safety and conduct of your own children and pets. Accessibility: We are committed to making these circles welcoming to everyone. If you have specific mobility needs or require assistance, please reach out so we can ensure the experience is comfortable for you.

Mentoring Service Policies: Embrace Your Path These policies are designed to ensure mutual respect for the energy, time, and commitment required for our focused session. By booking, you are affirming your agreement to these guidelines, allowing both of us to show up with grounded presence. 1. Energy Exchange & Confirmation Your booking acts as a confirmation and secures your session time. Confirmation: Your session is officially secured upon successful payment processing through the booking platform. You will receive an immediate confirmation email with details on preparing for our meeting (virtual or in-person). Time Zone: Please ensure you select the time slot that corresponds correctly to your local time zone during booking. In-Person Sessions: If you choose the in-person option, the exact park location will be confirmed by the mentor 48 hours before the session based on weather and current trail conditions. 2. Cancellation and Reschedule Policy We understand that paths can shift. This policy honors the time held for your session, preventing wasted energy and space. Cancellations by Mentee (Over 48 Hours Notice): You may cancel or reschedule your session once with a minimum of 48 hours' notice (based on the session start time) and receive a full refund or transfer your payment to a future session. Cancellations by Mentee (Less than 48 Hours Notice): Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable. Since the space and time cannot be filled, the full fee is forfeited. Mentor Cancellation: In the rare event the mentor must cancel (e.g., severe weather for in-person sessions, illness), you will be offered the option to immediately reschedule or receive a full refund. Late Arrival: Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of arrival time. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late for a 75-minute session, the session will be cancelled and the fee forfeited, as the remaining time is insufficient for deep work.
