Cancellation Policy

Restorative Experience Cancellation & Policy Framework To maintain the intentional container of our experiences and ensure fairness for our guides and participants, we adhere to the following policies: 1. Individual & Open-Enrollment Public Events More than 48 hours' notice: Full refund or option to transfer your spot to a future session. Cancellations within 48 hours: 50% of the session/ticket fee is retained. No-shows or late arrivals (past 15 minutes): 100% of the session fee is retained. 2. Private Groups & Corporate Programs More than 14 days' notice: Full refund minus any non-refundable location/permitting fees. 8 to 14 days' notice: 50% of the total estimated invoice is retained. Within 7 days of the scheduled event: 100% of the total invoice is retained, as group spots, travel logistics, and assistant guides are reserved exclusively for your team. 3. Weather & Environmental Safety Policy As a nature-based practice, we embrace nature in its diverse states. We operate in light rain, cool weather, and fog. Extreme Weather Cancellations: In cases of severe or unsafe weather conditions (e.g., active lightning, high wind warnings, severe air quality alerts/Spare the Air days, or flash flood warnings), the guide will cancel the outdoor portion. Options: In the event of a guide-initiated cancellation due to weather safety, you will be offered the choice between a full refund or rescheduling to a future date. Safety is always our primary concern.
